Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to love your Glowe LED Red Light Face Mask. If you're not fully satisfied, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided it is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.

If you are a UK or EU customer, you also have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. This is separate from, and in addition to, our 30 day returns window above.

How to start a return

Contact us using the details below with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm the return address and next steps by email.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on items that show signs of use unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or damaged items

If your mask arrives faulty or damaged, contact us straight away so we can arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
